This is mainly for my own reference, but I would like to share with anyone reading this a long list of eBay seller I've been putting on my exclusion list. Pretty much I throw these guys in the Advance Search (and scroll all the way down so you can see a drop down menu for seller exclusion) so their items do not come up.
